Use of the App
The App provides a free, open VPN service. You may use it for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal activity or to circumvent laws in your jurisdiction
• Distribute malware, spam, or conduct network attacks through the service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the App beyond what applicable open-source licenses permit
• Interfere with the operation of the service or its infrastructure

No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the service. VPN connectivity, speed, and availability may vary.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlusOne VPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination
We reserve the right to discontinue the service or restrict access at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual Property
All trademarks, branding, and original code (excluding open-source components) remain the property of PlusOne VPN.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the International laws.

Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
