Privacy Policy
We are a VPN provider, and our job is not to know what you do online. This document covers the small amount of data we do process in order to run the service.
1. Who processes the data

2. What we process
Only what the service cannot run without:
- Email address — if you sign up on the website. Used to sign you in and send your access key.
- Telegram id and username — if you arrived through the bot or linked Telegram.
- A payment identifier from the payment provider — to confirm payment and extend the subscription.
- Subscription expiry date and the plan you chose.
- Technical error records — never the contents of your traffic.
3. What we do not collect
We keep no connection logs: we do not record which sites or services you reached, from which address, or when. Those records are never created, so they cannot be requested from us or exposed in a breach.
We do not ask for identity documents, phone numbers or card details — payment happens on the provider’s side and card numbers never reach us.
4. Why we process it
The legal basis is performance of our contract with you and the consent you give when signing up.
- To provide access and issue a connection key.
- To take payment and extend the subscription.
- To answer your support request.
- To send service messages: sign-in code, access key, expiry reminder.
5. Who we share it with
Payment providers receive only the amount and an order identifier needed to process the payment.
Our mail service receives the recipient address in order to deliver the message.
We do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising.
6. How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account. After deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except records we are legally required to retain, such as payment documents.
7. Your rights
Write to hello@plusonevpn.com from the address on the account, or contact support from your personal area. We reply within 30 days.
- Find out what data of yours we process.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your account and the data attached to it.
- Withdraw your consent.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. We will notify you by email about substantial changes.
