Terms of Service

These are the terms on which we provide access to the service. Subscribing or activating the free trial means you accept them.

1. General

This document is a public offer. Paying for a subscription constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

Activating the free trial — pressing “Start free trial”, “Activate” or a similar button on the website, in the account, in the Telegram bot or the mini app — also constitutes acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. What we provide

Access to servers that encrypt your internet connection for the paid period. Access includes every location and every supported protocol, unlimited traffic, and as many of your own devices as you like.

3. Plans and payment

  • Current prices are on the pricing page.
  • The subscription activates once the payment provider confirms the payment, usually within minutes.
  • There are no automatic charges: renewal is manual.
  • Plans differ only by term; the feature set is identical.

4. Renewal and expiry

You can renew at any time and the new term is added to the current one, so renewing early costs you nothing. Your access key does not change on renewal.

When a subscription ends, server access stops but the account and keys are kept — paying again restores everything.

5. Refunds

If the service does not work on your device, contact support within 7 days of payment. We will try to solve it first — usually it comes down to the choice of protocol or key. If there is no working solution, we refund the unused period.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. What is not allowed

We may suspend access without refund if these terms are broken.

  • Sharing your access key with others or reselling the subscription.
  • Using the service for spam, attacks on other systems, or other unlawful activity.

7. Limitation of liability

We aim for uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee it against circumstances outside our control: network failures and infrastructure provider outages. Where an extended outage is our fault, we extend the subscription accordingly.

You remain responsible for how you use the connection.
